Reid Ribble

President

Reid Ribble is President of The Ribble Group, Incorporated. He is a second-generation roofing contractor with 30 years of experience. Reid’s primary responsibilities include commercial and industrial roofing sales, roof asset management and roof consulting.

Mr. Ribble is an active member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA). During the 2005-2006 term, he served as President of the organization. He has also served two terms as a Director and two terms as Vice-president. He has served on sixteen different NRCA committees and task forces. Reid has also served on the Small Business Administration’s Regulatory (SBA) Fairness Board for three years.

Troy Ribble

Vice-President - Treasurer

Troy is the first representative of the third generation of the Ribble family to be a part of The Ribble Group. Troy is Vice-President of the company. As such his responsibilities are often varied. Troy is an active member of the NRCA and is the companies contact person for all Roof Connect national account activity. Troy brings extensive experience to the company having worked his way to the position he currently holds. He has extensive understanding of both low slope and steep slope roofing systems.

Jon Goodman

General Manager

Jon has been with The Ribble Group since 1987. He came to the roofing business from Hewlett-Packard in California where he spent 6 years in manufacturing management. Jon has a BA degree in industrial and labor relations from Sonoma State University, CA. Jon wears many hats: personnel, risk management, and purchasing consume much of his time.

Rob Foat

Marketing Director

Rob Foat has been working with The Ribble Group since 1989. He has been involved in most aspects of sales and management of the company. Currently, he is Marketing Director, and spearheading the development of our Gutter Topper Division.

Bill Brown

Commercial Div. Production Manager

Bill Brown joined The Ribble Group team in 1974. During his time here he has worked in every department within the organization including: steep slope mechanic, low slope mechanic, repair and service department, administration, foreman, project manager and now Commercial div. Production manager. Bill has won The Ribble Group Inc, employee of the year three times. Recently Bill testified before the U.S. Congress on the topic of fall protection for roofing contractors.

Betsy Goodman

Office Manager

Betsy Goodman has been the first voice you hear when you call The Ribble Group for more than a decade. As office manager, she handles scheduling sales calls, accounting and bookkeeping, and general office management. Her friendly demeanor and efficient work ethic have been recognized by customers in both divisions.

Greg Harrison

Sales Representative

Greg Harrison started working on the sales staff with The Ribble Group in 1991. As a Residential Roofing Specialist, Greg has provided superb service to all customers. Greg is a member of the Professional Roofers Advisory Counsel. He is anxious and excited to help you with all of your roofing projects.

 

Tom McNally

Gutter Topper Specialist
