The Next Steps

Loose Ends

Once you have decided on the specifications to your roofing project, a contractor will contact you to discuss the final arrangements and answer any other questions or concerns you may have concerning the project.  Your preferred date will also be discussed. Because of variables such as weather, we can not guarantee we'll arrive at a specific time. We do try our best to arrive in the afternoon, when people generally are away for work.  If ever the need arrises where we need to reschedule, just give us a call, and we'll be happy to find a date that better meets your scheduling needs.

Payment

Depending on your contract type, payment is divided into three installments, which makes it easier for you. There is a mandatory 20% down payment that must be received before we can begin work. When the specific materials for your roof arrive, we recommend that you pay a second installment of 30%. The remaining balance is not due until the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Project Day

On the day of the project, it is best to clear the premises. However, you may decide to stay home during the process, and that is absolutely fine with us.   Roof work is loud, and constant commotion is guarenteed, so we recommend  that you refrain from holding any social gatherings in your home untill we finish our work.

Wrapping Up

As your roof is at its final stage of completetion, our crew will strive to keep you property as clean as when we came.  We take on to the Boy Scouts camping principle "Leave No Trace". When the project is done, the crew is packed and the debri is completely removed from sight, the remaining balance of 50% is then due.

Thats it! The roofing process is pretty simple, and our crew works quickly and dilligently to get the job done in the least amount of time necessary.
